"Don't you dare do what you are trying to do" Alexandra glared at him, furious.

"Such arrogance" Adam admits, his voice sounding lower.

Alexandra inhales deeply. "Don't you dare touch him Adam"

"He is what you care about"

"Adam!" Alexandra's eyes darkened, ignoring him. She struggled, life without Nathaniel was pointless. She will die if anything happens to him and she just realised that now.

The thumping beat of her heart was so loud that he could hear her.

"You're scared" Adam grinned.

"You are forgetting something Alexandra"

"What is it?" She glared at him. Anger simmering through her body.

"I'm in charge here"

"You damn -"

"Silence her" Adam had cut her off just to prove his point.

The guard quickly covers her mouth and Alexandra struggled, making muffled sounds.

"What's that? I can't hear you Alexandra" Adam smiled. He was enjoying every bit of the show.

"I really can't hear you. You're gonna have to be a little loud" Adam strained his ear pretending to act as though he was eager to hear her speak.

"Such a waste. I'm really not hearing you"

Alexandra muffled a little louder.

"What's that? You want me to kill Nathaniel"

Alexandra's eyes widened. He was toying with her and she wasn't going to let her. Stepping heavily against the guards toe, Alexandra quickly pushes him backward as he screamed.

"You broke free"

"Don't you dare touch him"

"You realise you are not in a position to do give orders right?"

"Your fight is with me Adam and not him so fight me"

Adam hate to admit it but Alexandra was right. It all started with the Guerrero family and him. Nathaniel only came into the picture because he was her mate.

But Nathaniel was his rival. The big bad wolf that every one feared in the region. It would be so good to finally purge him out of the region and out of Alexandra's life. That way he can make his popularity well known in the region and across.

"Is it?"

"Yes Adam and you know that so stop playing games and step away from him"

"You care about him" Adam added, he saw it right in her eyes. It may have been there all these while, he wasn't sure but right now he was it clearly in those icy cold eyes that wanted nothing more than to watch him burn to ashes.

"Step away from him" Alexandra said pained. She liked that he protected her but she wasn't going to let Adam kill him. It will rip her apart.

"Do you care about him?" He yelled

"What do you want to hear? She retorts in the same tone. Her eyes averts to Nathaniel, her heart bleeds seeing him on the ground wounded. Alexandra felt sorry for him.

In that moment, she hoped to go back time then she would not have let him break her out of jail but she knew Nathaniel so well. He wouldn't leave without her.

"Are you hoping to mock me?"

"Perphaps is what will save you"

"You are sick" Alexandra saw right through him. He wasn't hoping to let Nathaniel go. He was looking for a show for an amusement but she wasn't going to be his

muse.

"Dance for us" Alexandra could feel her hand itching to jump across him and strangle for saying such.

"Go to hell"

"Really? Should I let Nathaniel do it?" Adam glanced over at Nathaniel's body. "Don't you dare"

"Dance for me"

"I will do know such thing Adam. You're stupid to think such"

"Olivia is such a good dancer, you should see her"

"Adam!" Alexandra furrowed. She had no intention of listening to him objectify her.

"You should see the way she storm the dance floor with her hips swaying right and left. Such beauty"

"Trash" Alexandra mumbled.

"What did you say?" He didn't hear her.

"Trash" Alexandra spat out with contempt. "That's what you are and Olivia is a fool

to have thought of you as such capable man"

"Ah!" Adam pretends like he just remembered. "Sometimes I forget you are really sister's"

"And your point?"

"Why don't you ask your stupid self?" Alexandra moulds her fist tightly trying to calm down. But the motion did so little to control her.

Adam brought out the worst in her. She had thought Olivia was worse but No. They were the same, no wonder they are made for each other.

"I can only imagine" Adam giggled. If only she saw right through his mind right

"Really? What about when it comes to Nathaniel?"

Alexandra's jaw dropped. Adam was not a modest man but this left her in disbelief. He was insane to think such. Nathaniel was nothing like him. He may have flirted with her on rare occasions but that was it, just flirting and nothing
