Breathing out heavily, tears drop on Alexandra's face and she sits up, not giving up. Infuriated that she had failed to make him hurt her like she wanted. That way he would give his body the pleasure of making up for the painful things she did to him.

Locking eyes with her, he stared at her in silence and she stared back for a long moment. Alexandra wasn't sure anymore what to say, she had wanted his help but now she was going to take back her words and fight her battles alone. That way Nathaniel would be happy and go on living his life.

"That's my specialty, better get used to it or just let me go"

Nathaniel smirks, he could see right through her. "Why?"

"So I can return home"

"To be with Adam Hawthorn"

Without hesitation, Alexandra grabs the pillow and throws it toward him but he hits

it off and it falls on the ground.

"Go to hell" she spat, tears clouding her eyes.

"I wouldn't mind leaving with you if that's what you want"

"I would never go with you"

"Oh, yea? Why? So you can have all the time with Adam. Where will you be meeting him?"

"You disgust me so much, you have no idea"

"And same with you. When I look at you, all I see is him. I remember what you two are, how often he comes to your place, and how you planned on escaping with him. May I even remind you that he slept over in your house"

"You have such a twisted mind"

"I haven't even seen your bedroom"

"You never asked to see and I was intending on taking you to my room"

"Did he have to ask?"

While looking at him closely, Alexandra hated how every word he uttered was fitting to Adams's story. It turned her into the kind of woman she disliked.

"Damn you Adam," she left the word unsaid

"Why can't you answer Alexandra?" He takes a step closer

"Get away from me"

"Why? Will you say that if it was Adam"

"You make me sick"

"And Adam? What about him? Does he also make you sick to the stomach or does your heart melt at the sound of his voice"

"Get out Nathaniel"

"I'm not done with you"

Nathaniel chuckles. "You don't have any right to demand such since this isn't

Adams's pack but my pack so I can do whatever I want"

"Fine! I will leave then" Alexandra stands up, walking past him when he holds her

arm.

"Do not walk away when I'm not done talking to you"

"Well, I'm done listening. I'm leaving and returning to Guerrero pack"

"You are going nowhere

Alexandra scoffs, hilariously. "I wasn't asking for your permission to leave"

"I didn't include a room for you to ask for my permission, I was telling you what to do"

"You are out of your mind if you think I would listen to you" she loosens her grip

"Try me and let's see how you get past the guards at the gate"

"You are out of your mind If you think you can keep me here"

Closing the space between them, Nathaniel could feel his heart beating at the closeness but he choose to ignore it. Alexandra wasn't going to hurt him again, he won't allow it.

"Try and see if you can escape"

"You can keep your help if that is what is making you keep me here but I will not

stay here, I must return home"

"So you can be with Adam"

"Think whatever you want, that's your business"

"I wonder what you two will be doing alone"

"Don't even go there, you have no idea how much I despise that man"

"If you want me to believe you then stay here"

"You are unbelievable, you expect me to turn my back on my people and territory

and stay here just so you will believe my words"

"Yes"

"I wasn't asking for you to believe me anymore"

"That's what you wanted"

"Is what you want not me now let me leave"

Clenching his jaw, he states. "You will never leave here Alexandra"

Seeing the look on his face, Alexandra knew he wasn't kidding when he said

those words. "You can't keep me here, I object"

"This isn't a hearing"

"You can't keep me here, I won't allow it, Nathaniel"

"Is not like you have an option"

"This isn't some prison"

"Call it what you want Alexandra but I won't have you defy me nor pay me any

longer. I have been lenient enough"

"You can't keep me here"

"You choose to stay here, remember?"

Recognizing what he was talking Alexandra breathed in sharply, she didn't think

her choice would make an impact almost immediately.

"I allowed you to leave but you choose to stay now you must stay here"

"That is so different Nathaniel"

"That's your business" He begins walking towards the door and she watches him, lost for words for a moment.

"Nathaniel!" She states aloud. "I won't stay here not when Adam takes over my territory and slanders my name together with Bernard and Olivia"

"Take a nap Alexandra" he looks at her

Alexandra smiles unbelievably, she hadn't realized Nathaniel was one of those dominate their mate.

"This isn't my submission"

"You already submitted"

"You can't trap me here"

"No one's trapping you here, you just can't leave the gate to return to Guerrero's pack"

Hearing those words, Alexandra laughs. She never for one day thought, he would deny her the opportunity to return to the pack.

"You think you can keep me here"

"I already did"

"You are messing with the wrong person Nathaniel, I'm not one of those women"

"Yes. You are worse now stay put before my patience runs thin for you" Without hesitation, he walks out, slamming the door behind him.
