Dusky explained, "Since they managed to attack Benedict without anyone noticing, do you really think they wouldn't target you two generals? I want to share a few personal insights. Generals, these individuals were not aiming for Benedict. Their real targets are you, General Copper and General Landon.

"While Mr. Varhess is certainly important, they know that he only acts according to your instructions. So, their intention is to sow confusion between you.

Nash took the document, examining it for any dangers before handing it to the two generals.

Dusky explained, "I decrypted this from an announcement on that website. That announcement used phonetic spellings in divine language, and I managed to decipher a few points.

"To put it simply, they won't act tomorrow but will wait until the day after when you're en route to Sand Country.

"And those small circles indicate the positions of various divine power organizations. They'll form a cross formation to launch an attack on the plane you'll be on."

Elias fell into deep thought. Kaden, on the other hand, fumed with rage.

"These bastards! I'll call in a few fighter jets and show them who's stronger!"

Dusky countered, "No, General Copper. That will only increase the casualty count. Regular fighter jets can't withstand an attack powered by divine energy."

Kaden felt momentarily lost. "If that won't work, then what will? I give up!"

Elias then asked, "Since you've come to us, do you already have some countermeasures?"

Dusky nodded. "Yes, but only partially. I still need to plan the rest together with you three."

After discussing for four to five hours, they finalized their plan by the afternoon. Dusky exited the office, but Nash caught up with him.

"Commander Calcraft, is there anything else?"

Nash asked cautiously, "Where's my master now?"

Even though Dusky had disguised himself as Zaafea, Nash still sensed his true identity. He recognized Dusky as the mysterious figure who once controlled him in the ruin.

Dusky replied, "Don't worry, your master is fine. Besides, as you would've seen before, Emperor Xenoth is quite forgiving. He hasn't held Johnathan accountable."

Nash continued to question, "What exactly is your purpose? Why do you want to help us?"

Dusky smiled. "Well, I'm still an Eastern god. Simply put, I can't just stand by and do nothing. My previous actions in the ruin were driven by my own motives, but this time... I'm acting on behalf of the emperor. I can't just let you all perish; the emperor would be quite distressed by that.

"So, put aside your suspicions. If I were truly your enemy, do you think the two inside would still be calmly enjoying tea?"
