Chapter 99
I was more than happy to find my mates, and being with them was a feeling I couldn't describe.
It was the closest I have been to heaven.
No, actually they have taken me to heaven before too.
I smiled at them as we enjoyed the peace in their warm embrace.
I barely had time to process what had just happened. Alpha Rambo lay dead, the terrifying force that had almost claimed my life extinguished by the twins. My entire body ached, but it was over. We'd won.
"I'm taking her," Nathan declared, standing up, his arms already outstretched to lift me. His eyes burned with intensity, but before he could reach me, Tristan smoothly stepped in front of him, blocking his path with a smirk.
"Nice try, little brother," Tristan teased. "But I've got this."
Nathan scowled, his jaw tightening. "You always think you've got this! I'm carrying her back."
I blinked between them, my exhaustion briefly overshadowed by their ridiculous competition. “Uh, guys?" I croaked. “I can walk, I am not that weak."
I lied.
They ignored me.
"No way," Tristan said, gently scooping me up in his arms before Nathan could make a move. "You've been through enough. You deserve the best."
Nathan groaned, his hands now on his hips. "And you think you are the best?"
"Clearly, she's still alive because of me," Tristan grinned, flashing me a playful wink. "I'm the hero here."noveldrama
Nathan narrowed his eyes. "You're delusional, Tristan. Ella, tell him I should carry you."
I stifled a laugh, caught between their bickering. "Honestly, I'm just happy I'm not lying on the ground anymore."
Nathan huffed, glancing around before his eyes landed on Claude, who was still lying unconscious from the battle. "Fine, if you're taking Ella, I guess I'm stuck with him." With a heavy sigh, Nathan heaved Claude onto his back, muttering under his breath, "This is the hero treatment I get."
I couldn't help but snicker, resting my head against Tristan's chest as he carried
me effortlessly. "Aw, poor Nathan. Such a hard life."
Nathan shot me a mock glare. "Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up, princess."
Tristan grinned down at me. “See? This is why I get to carry you. I don't complain."
Nathan threw his head back dramatically. "Oh, please. You're going to rub this in my face for weeks!"
"That's for sure," Tristan chuckled.
I chuckled, despite the pain, feeling a sense of warmth blossom inside me. As ridiculous as they were, this playful banter was exactly what I needed after everything we'd been through. Their voices, their presence-it made me feel safe. More than safe-it felt like home.
By the time we returned to the Moon Lake pack, I was already feeling more like myself. The medics quickly took Claude and me in, but honestly, I was more focused on how close the twins stayed to my side, like overprotective bodyguards. Not that I was complaining.
On the first day of my recovery, I was propped up in bed, feeling almost normal, when Sara barged into the room, grinning ear to ear, but I was a little surprised to see Ryan with her.
"Ella!" Sara exclaimed.
"What is he doing here?" I asked, quite stupefied.
"We adopted him." She replied.
"What?" Me and Ryan spoke at the same time.
"I mean we defeated his pack, we became heroes in his life. We rescued him from
his cruel father's clutches. So it's pretty much like we adopted him." she said.
I couldn't help but smile at her stupid explanation.
"We just wanted to congratulate you-"
Before she could finish, Tristan
appeared out of nowhere, practically
shoving them toward the door. Uh,
yeah Thanks, but we've got i
here."

Nathan stood by, arms crossed, eyes gleaming with mischief. "Sara, Ryan-out."
Ryan frowned. "But-"
"Out," Tristan repeated, his tone final.
I raised an eyebrow, watching this unfold. "Seriously, guys?"
The second the door closed, the twins turned their attention back to me with an intensity that made my heart race.
"We've waited long enough," Nathan growled, striding over to the bed.
Tristan smirked, already tugging his shirt off. "You need rest, Ella, but we've got... other ways to help with that."
"Is that so?" I teased, unable to hide the grin tugging at my lips.
Without another word, they lo
the door behind them, eyes full. desire. They were mine, and in that moment, as they leaned in, I knew I was exactly where I needed to be.
"I would like you more without barriers," Nathan growled.
"Same here," I said as I stood up.
"You are here for a long haul mate, I hope you are ready." Traistan smirked.
I smiled as he leaned down and kissed me.
We met with a feverish intensity.
It's been long and I missed the taste. My hands went straight to his hairs and I pulled them roughly.
Our tongues met softly and they danced smoothly.
Nathan cleared his throat as he looked at us, his expression darkened, and there
was raw intensity behind his gaze.
His hungry expression roamed on my body and a shiver ran down my spine.
"I am not an audience here. I am an
bet
equal part here. I am your mate, and you emine." he growled as he
slammed his mouth on ming
Where Tristan's kiss was slow like a well synchronized dance, Nathan was raw
like ocean's storm.
He met my tongue dominantly, trying to take control of mine, and I did let him. He
had suffered a lot for the day.
He was right, I was his mate and I was his.
Tristan came from behind me and started undressing me.
His hand touched a goosebump around my body.
I shivered.
"Are you ready mate," Tristan asked.
I nodded and in moments they undressed me and explored my body in a way they
haven't ever.
I was lost in the bliss I have never felt, yes this was heaven.
I closed my eyes as I felt warmth flooded my body and my pleasure was near.
I roared as I felt them there.
My mates.
My love.
