It went without saying that Masked Man was absolutely furious that Frank still

belittled him after he demonstrated his powers.

Hence, he did not wait to demand an apology and pointed at Frank.

Jada could not argue, as she always believed that Frank always had a way out and was much more insightful than she was. That was why she usually would not argue against his plan.

The others could not help worrying, the only exception being Alda.

"Calm down," she told them. "Why didn't Mr. Frankton's body blow up if his opponent succeeded? In the end, he's still playing with his food!"

The ladies all traded glances, and it did make sense once they considered that.

If Frank really lost, his body would blow up too!

Hence, as everyone turned outside again, their creased brows eased as they saw endless radiance converge, and Frank reappeared as they watched.

Masked Man was so shocked his jaw almost dropped. "H-How did you get that power?"

Frank chuckled. "Someone helped me, naturally-just like how you could trigger explosions by just pointing, but I couldn't."

Masked Man laughed bitterly. "That means you were born to be a bad matchup for me. Guess my defeat isn't all that harsh in hindsight, as everything has been predetermined."

"You're right that your defeat doesn't seem that bad, but you're wrong about it being predetermined."

Frank chuckled, shaking his head. "I had plenty of methods to destroy you instantly as soon as you attacked me. I was merely testing this ability since I only gained it recently."

Masked Man clearly doubted that and snapped in annoyance, "I won't complain about losing, but you're just adding insult to injury, saying that you have other ways to win."

"I'm not!"

Frank raised his hand, and Masked Man was pressed on the floor, unable to move an inch.

Ponting at his ear, he explained, "I had this power from the start. And it isn't even given to me by the spiritron Vein-I've heard your breathing from afar, and you never sensed me coming. You'd be dead if

I ambushed you." .

Masked Man felt himself dying inside once again.

He already could not accept the fact that he was beaten by another person who wielded the power of the spiritron vein. But worst of all, this man was not even using it!

That meant there was an insurmountable gap in their abilities, and he was really the one who abused his power and bullied others with it!

"How did you get so powerful?" he groaned in confusion nonetheless.

Even if there was a gap in abilities between them, it should not be that huge!
