After saying that, Harry pulled Aurora over and said, "Aurora, let's go upstairs and play. I'll show you a magic trick I just learned today."

"Sure." Before leaving, Aurora politely said to Rowena and Stellan, "Rowena, Stellan, I'm going upstairs to play."

Stellan said, "Alright, go ahead and have fun."

After Harry and Aurora went upstairs, Stellan also said to Caspian and Elisa, "You two go as well. We'll call you when dinner is ready."

"Okay." Caspian then took Elisa's hand and went upstairs.

Now that the kids had gone upstairs to play, Alaric and Cormac went to the kitchen, leaving Stellan and Rowena alone in the living room.

Alaric answered, "No, we only talked on the phone before. It's been a while since I last saw him."

"Not at all." Alaric came up with a "bad" idea. Now that Neil was investigating Todd's case and Marigold's case, if he knew Orion's car accident was suspicious, he would take it seriously.

Alaric actually wanted to keep Neil busy so he wouldn't have time to focus on Stellan. "You can go see him tomorrow." Alaric encouraged, "Neil is a very responsible cop. He can't stand injustice. If he hears about a wrongful case, he won't ignore it. Go see him first thing tomorrow."

Cormac went over to help Rowena up. "It's ready, Rowena, come eat."

"Caspian, Harry, Elisa, Aurora," Stellan called upstairs, "You four come down for dinner."

Soon, everyone was seated at the dining table. Cormac raised his glass first and said, "Today we're mainly celebrating Alaric's recovery. Cheers!"

"And Rowena's pregnancy," Stellan quickly added, "We have two things to celebrate."

"Yeah." After saying that, Cormac looked at Rowena and asked, "I'm happy today, can I have a little drink?"

Rowena said, "Okay, just a little."

"No, you can't. I told you to quit drinking. I'll drink with Cormac." Saying that, Stellan filled her own glass.

"Alright." Alaric switched to water and said, "I'll toast with water."

After the first toast, Cormac said to the kids, "You four, let me tell you, this side is my cooking, and this side is Alaric's. Try and see whose is better."

"Cormac, are you bored?" Alaric said helplessly, "I've been cooking since my time in the army; while you just learned recently. Where do you get the confidence to compete with me?"

"Why can't I be better than you even if I learned recently?" Cormac said, feeling more competitive, "Come on, you have to judge."

Caspian, Harry, Elisa, and Aurora had no choice but to start tasting the dishes one by

one.

"So, whose is better?" Seeing that they had finished eating, Cormac quickly asked.

Before the four children could say anything, the doorbell rang. The servant quickly

went to open the door, and it turned out to be Neil.

Upon arriving home and seeing the lively scene, Neil asked, "Am I interrupting something?"
