Lord Death Is Now Back Home by Chris

Chapter 41

Chapter 41

A dozen bodyguards rushed over, grabbed Susan Jefferson and John Jefferson, and dragged them

outside.

"Help! Help!"

Susan struggled and screamed.

Laurence Collins and Loretta Harker both had smug expressions on their faces.

It was all because Susan lied to them just now.

She deserved all this!

Suddenly.

Bang!

As Susan and John were getting kicked out from the Collins family, there was a loud noise outside the

door.

Then, the door of the Collins residence was kicked open.

"Esther, Chris, you are finally here!"

When she saw Chris and Esther, Susan broke free, ran over and shouted.

"Mom, what's going on here?"

Esther walked over and asked with concern.

Alas!

John shook his head and sighed softly. Original content from NôvelDrama.Org.

Susan immediately cried, "Esther, you have got to help us out here! Your grandfather and your uncle

were going to kick us out, but we refused. Now they are calling in bodyguards to blast us out..."

Esther's face turned ashen at Susan's words.

These were her own parents.

Besides, how could her grandfather treat his own daughter and son-in-law this way?

"You guys are getting way out of line. Have you forgotten what happened at the banquet?"

Chris stared at the Collins with a cold face.

Facing Chris's icy eyes, these people all lowered their heads.

Chris was surprised. After what happened at the banquet, the Collins would still dare to treat his in-laws

this way. Were they out of their mind?

No matter how terrible a person Susan Jefferson was, she was still Chris's mother-in-law.

To mess with his in-laws was equal to annoy Chris himself - they were courting for trouble!

"Chris Shelby, do you really think you are Lord Death? We all know who you are - you're nothing but

Lord Death's comrade."

After coming back to her senses, Loretta said with a disdainful expression.

Laurence snorted coldly, "Loretta's right, Chris Shelby! You've humiliated us at the banquet that day,

and you forced us to apologize on our knees. Today, we will settle this with you."

At the banquet that day, the Collins family was so frightened that they knelt down and apologized, then

they became the laughingstock of East Coast overnight.

Now, knowing Chris's true identity, the Collins gritted their teeth with hatred against him. It almost felt

like they were dying to devour his flesh and blood!

Chris sneered, "As I said, I am Lord Death! Are you really going against me?"

Michael Collins looked disdainful, "Chris Shelby, can you stop being so pretentious? You made our

family a joke, and today I am kicking you losers out of the Collins family."

"You are so funny!"

Chris was even more indifferent, "Save it. We can't stand staying in such a sick family. You know what -

I am taking my father and mother-in-law away today."

Did Chris know what he was saying?

Susan was taken aback for a moment when she heard this.

Then, she shouted anxiously, "Chris, come on. You are getting confused! Where are we going to stay if

we leave with you? Are we going to squeeze in that tiny basement with you?"

Esther frowned and said, "Mom, what's wrong with us living in the basement? It's better than being

picked on here!"

"Right. Esther is right. I've been here long enough," John echoed.

John had had enough. Susan had insisted on staying with the Collins family. Otherwise, John did not

have to be scorned by his "families" under the same roof this whole time.

Susan said with a livid face, "You don't get it. Now that we can't go back to the Jefferson family, where

are we going if we don't stay here? Do you really want us to live in the basement? Your basement is so

small for us all!"
