Chapter 4: Into two halves
Chapter 4: Into two halves
"We are gonna die." I heard Mike whisper from behind me as he gripped on my shoulder.
I glanced at Greyson and Amelia to see them both in a tight embrace with their eyes closed.
Well there goes my hope of survival!
My body was now shaking as I held Mike's hand and moved towards Gresyon and Amelia.
The wolves now moved forward. What scared me was that they didn't look like normal wolves. They
stood much huge and taller.
My body now shook with fear. I could feel my heart racing as the wolves now came closer. They were
now surrounding us so we had no escape.
I tightened my grip on Mike as I felt their silver eyes rake us.
And then suddenly out of nowhere I heard the crack of bones and the wolves suddenly turned into
humans. NôvelDrama.Org: owner of this content.
What the hell did just happen?
"What the hell are you doing on our land?" One of them growled as he put on his shorts.
I promise I didn't peek.
And it was like I had lost my voice. I tried to speak but I had no answer. I could tell him that we came to
explore but that would surely kill us all. And well neither did anyone else speak.
The man now came closer as he raked us from head to toe.
I glanced at the others and they all had their eyes closed well except for me, so the next thing I know is
that the man has pulled up my chin harshly so my eyes meet his.
And it was then I looked at him.
He stood tall with black trimmed hair and a tan face. A scar ran from his dark brown eyes to his chin.
"You tell us or we kill you all!" He spat.
But I couldn't. I couldn't even utter a word as his eyes burned holes into mine. I had stopped shaking
and my body was now still with fear.
"Kill them." He growled after a moment when I didn't speak.
And then I felt a man roughly grab me from my arm as he started to drag me somewhere. And it really
did hurt. I knew I would have a scar.
Well only if I would be alive!
But at that moment I knew I had to speak. I had to speak something because I couldn't let us all die. I
couldn't let us die due to my fucking curiosity to visit this forest.
So I uttered the first reason that came to my mind.
"We came to meet the blue eyed man."
And it was then the man who was dragging me stilled.
________________
Ten minutes later we were outside a huge building. The wolves who had somehow turned into humans
had dragged us here after I had told them about the blue eyes.
And in that time I had realised that I was wrong about my assumption of this forest not being explored
by humans. It was a whole fucking town.
On the way to the mansion we had seen buildings, houses, shops, electricity towers and what not.
There were well constructed roads and people walked happily around.
But now we were here, outside a huge building. It looked almost ten stories tall, made of fine brick and
polished doors. Three guards patrolled at its entrance as if it was a high security area.
One of the men had uttered something to the guard and went inside.
Now that I was not being dragged, I took the opportunity to do what I'm the best at: overthinking.
All this meant that I was not wrong about those eyes, they really meant something. A part of me
wondered if that man would even recognize me? And was he someone of high authority in this town
because when I had told them about him they had changed their idea of killing us.
Whatever the reason was, but the fact that the blue eyed man told me that we were gonna meet soon
kept roaming in my mind. At that moment I had never thought I was gonna meet him again, but here I
was asking to meet him myself.
I got out of my thoughts when the man arrived from inside. He had a stiff expression on his face as he
once again raked us.
"Follow me." He commanded.

The inside looked like an office, a very huge office. It had a very professional atmosphere. People
could be seen milling around in coats and the place itself was very clean.
The walls were of a cream color and the floor had dark brown tiles. The man took us to the tenth floor
through an elevator.
As soon as we stepped out, there were two guards waiting for us. The men looked at each other as if
they were communicating in some sort of way and then motioned us to move forward.
We now walked through a corridor. The walls around us were surrounded with pictures of men and
women with their titles.
I was so intrigued by the atmosphere that I didn't notice when we reached outside a door.
One of the guard knocked at it.
"Be respectful." One of the men growled as he grabbed my arm roughly.
And then we entered.
I had no time to glance at my surroundings because inside the office awaited the most beautiful man I
had ever seen.
He stood there with his arms on his desk as his eyes raked me. His white shirt hugged his toned body
perfectly as he stood there calmly with his six feet tall frame.
I have to admit that he was the most beautiful man I had ever seen. It felt like God had taken his time
sculpting him. With a well defined cheek bone and those perfect lips, his tan complexion fitted him
perfectly. His brown hair tousled over his forehead giving his oceanic eyes the perfect match.
As soon as we entered, he took long steps towards us until he stopped directly infront of me.
He looked at no one except me. His eyes gazed into mine so emotionlessly that it started to make me
weak. My body started to tremble. I could now hear his slow breathing as his strong scent consumed
me and those tingles erupted again.
"Tony!" He suddenly growled. And I shuddered for his voice was so authoritative that it made me avert
my gaze from him.
"Yes....ki..ng" The man who held my arm muttered weakly.
"Let go of her arm!" He growled and immediately he let go of my arm.
I looked at Tony. And it made me sick to look at him. His face had gone pale and his whole body was
shaking while tears ran down his face.
What the hell?
And then suddenly the blue eyed man grabbed Tony from his neck and snapped his neck into two
halves.
"You don't touch what's mine!" He commanded.
And immediately everyone in the room bowed down their heads in submission.
